1. Who we are

AURATHERM is a workshop registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, building outdoor saunas and wood-fired hot tubs by hand. For privacy questions, contact: info@auratherm.ba

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form on this site we collect only what you enter yourself: your name, phone number, email address and message. We collect no other personal data without your explicit consent.

This site uses no analytics and no tracking cookies. We do not track your behaviour on the site, and we use no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel and no other third-party visitor tracking. The only cookies that may appear are technical ones required for the page to function.

3. How we use your data

We use what you enter in the contact form solely to:

• Reply to your enquiry and send a quote for the product you asked about
• Communicate about your order or contract

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, except where legally required.

4. Data retention

We keep data received through the contact form only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it. Once a job is completed, or if it does not go ahead, we delete the data within a reasonable period.

5. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, no. 49/06 and 76/11), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict processing

6. Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption for all communication. Data from the contact form is accessible only to authorised AURATHERM staff who need it to handle your enquiry.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
